This is the chart for the sun’s ingress into Libra on September 23, 2022:
For this ingress, I will not mention the astrological topics at all as they are only of interest for those who also want to learn mundane astrology. Each statement here refers to an astrological constellation in this chart. If you are interested in which ones, feel free to write a short comment!
Period
This horoscope is valid until the new astrological year on March 21, 2023. It will therefore will be modified by the Capricorn ingress of the sun on December 21, 2022. Currently, the Cancer ingress continues to apply and is modified by this one.
Summary
The head of government, Olaf Scholz, is still at the center of this period. It will be a very challenging time for him: economic difficulties, at least one widely discussed scandal and an increasingly poor health situation among the population are giving him a hard time and making his position seem very shaky. Social conflicts between different groups and classes are becoming larger and more visible. A fall – perhaps even a death – of the head of government or important cabinet members is likely.
Population
Mood
This winter will not be easy for any part of the population: hard times for workers and the rural population, more wide-spread poverty and unrest that could even turn violent are to be expected. The upper class and the political class in particular will be the target of hostility and aggression.
This better-off segment of the population, which can make its voice heard socially and exert its influence, also has a difficult time as a result. There are strong political controversies and scandals, the economy and commerce suffer, and conflicts with the working population become more prominent.
Health situation
This is where it gets quite difficult: it is likely that a health issue (corona, monkeypox, corona vaccination?) will erupt in conflict between the federal government and the ordinary population. However this will turn out, people’s health will be worse than it has been for a long time.
Politics and institutions of public life
Bundesregierung
Olaf Scholz’s issues will not spill over into the entire executive arm of the federal government. In principle, of course, the harsh social conflicts also affect this institution, but it will probably come through this period relatively unscathed. It will be supported by the sectors of the productive economy which are doing relatively well during this period but it may also be helped by personnel changes at the top or changes in political orientation.
Bundestag
The Bundestag, the German legislature, is positioned similarly to the Bundesregierung, the executive arm of the government, and benefits through similar aspects but is somewhat less successful. Some legislative initiatives, especially those relating to economically productive sectors, produce positive results while many others lead to debate and tend to damage the Bundestag’s reputation.
Foreign Relations
A sharp deterioration in foreign relations can be expected as a result of actions by the federal government, probably caused by a radical reorientation of foreign policy. The working class and rural population in particular will suffer from this change.
Education
These are difficult times for schools and institutes of higher education such as universities. They will have difficulty obtaining funds and justifying their expenditures.
Other institutions (courts, hospitals, prisons, NGOs).
Basically, it is difficult for public institutions. Unpopular court decisions and overcrowded hospitals characterize the picture,
Economy
Industry, manufacturing
The outlook is fundamentally difficult but not catastrophic. Some rays of hope with support from the legislature can be seen for the communications and logistics industries, as well as Internet and tourism companies. New legislation and a change in foreign policy may lead to a slight overall economic recovery, but major internal social conflicts prevent a sustained improvement.
Agriculture
Unfortunately, agriculture also presents a rather difficult picture: while this year’s harvests are largely in, preparations for next year are difficult. These difficulties are due to actions of the federal government or are at least attributed to it.
Speculation
One should tend to stay away from the stock market, or at least act very conservatively: Rising prices are more likely to be due to fraud and deception than to genuinely rising profit prospects and prices will fall again faster than they have risen.
Foreign Trade
Interestingly, the change in foreign policy – very likely with regard to Russia or the BRICS countries – brings very positive aspects for economic development, which are already starting to make themselves felt.
